From November 1 to November 30, 2024, the Thankful Food Drive will accept donations of non-perishable food items to benefit the South Community Food Pantry and St. Joseph's Church Food Pantry. The drive is seeking a wide range of essential items, including canned vegetables, beans, fruit, low-sodium soups, tuna, chicken, stews, brown rice, unsalted nuts, shelf-stable milk and milk substitutes, whole grain pasta, pasta sauce, canned tomatoes, unsweetened applesauce, peanut butter, and whole grain cereals. By collecting these nutritious and shelf-stable goods, the organizers aim to provide much-needed sustenance to families and individuals in the Pittsfield community who are facing food insecurity.Artistry Meets Altruism
