Over five seasons, his teams secured an extraordinary overall record of 159-53, including five seasons with over 20 wins. His teams consistently ranked among the NJCAA top 25, peaking at No. 3 during the 2024-25 regular season.
Jackson's influence extended beyond coaching; he oversaw budget management, organized travel arrangements, and spearheaded fundraising initiatives. Before stepping into the role of head coach, he served as an assistant at NEO for eight years, contributing significantly to player development and academic advancement.
