Bringing the Iconic 90s Boy Band to the Strip

The announcement of "The Right Stuff" residency follows the band's successful "Magic Summer Tour," which sold out across the country. This marks the group's eighth tour and their first in a decade, coinciding with the release of their latest album, "Still Kids," earlier this year.NKOTB's last appearance in Las Vegas was during their "Block After Dark" tour in July 2014, when they performed at the then-Axis at Planet Hollywood. Now, the band is eager to bring their iconic sound and energy to the Las Vegas Strip, with Donnie Wahlberg, the band's unofficial captain, expressing his excitement about the residency.

A Nostalgic Homecoming for the New Kids

The announcement of "The Right Stuff" residency was made on September 19, with the band members – Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Donny Wood – making a grand entrance at The Park, the promenade across from Park MGM and Dolby Live. The quintet arrived on a double-decker bus, accompanied by a fan event hosted by Los Angeles radio personality Sean Valentine. For the band members, this residency represents a homecoming of sorts, as they had previously discussed the idea of performing in Las Vegas when they were younger. Donnie Wahlberg, the brother of A-list actor Mark Wahlberg, expressed the surreal nature of this opportunity, stating, "It's crazy. It's surreal. It's something we talked about when we were kids, 'One day when we're old and retired, we'll go there.' Well, we ain't retired, and we ain't retiring, and we're here."The extended residency of "The Right Stuff" is a testament to the enduring popularity of the New Kids on the Block and their ability to captivate audiences both old and new. With the added shows in 2026, fans will have even more chances to relive the nostalgia of the 90s and experience the magic of this iconic boy band on the Las Vegas Strip.
