Around 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening, deputies from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the Winn Dixie supermarket in Destrehan after receiving reports of a naked man in the parking lot. Upon arrival, they were informed that a two-car accident had occurred, involving a truck and the naked man, later identified as Eulogio Diaz.According to the driver of the truck, he was attempting to leave the parking lot when Diaz deliberately struck his vehicle. The impact caused the truck to flip over, and the driver sustained injuries as he tried to climb out of the broken window.
