The Dare - "What’s wrong with New York": This record is an absolute delight. If you don't find joy in it, well, you might just be missing out on the fun. It's a musical journey that brings a smile to your face.

Charli XCX - "Brat": Charli is truly a force to be reckoned with. Her entire career has been a testament to her coolness. She effortlessly serves attitude and masterfully handles the most insane and brilliant production. A.G. Cook's work on this album is a masterpiece, and Charli's performance is flawless.

KALEEN OF MANNEQUIN PUSSY'S FAVORITE MUSIC OF 2024

Sabrina Carpenter - "Short n’ Sweet": Apart from the undeniable hooks, what I love about this album is the hidden humor. It's refreshing to have music that is not only super good but also doesn't take itself too seriously.

Chappell Roan - "Naked in Manhattan": As a lesbian, I stan a lesbian pop star, and this song perfectly captures the longing of being with another woman. The pre-chorus is truly iconic.

Knocked Loose - "You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To": This album is heavy perfection from start to finish. The lyrical content, riffs, and sequencing all come together to create a musical experience that rules.

Mannequin Pussy will close out this year with shows in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
