Today, the No. 22 Louisville women's basketball team welcomes Morehead State to the KFC Yum! Center at 7 p.m. after a recent 71-61 overtime loss to rival Kentucky, ending their seven-game winning streak. Morehead State, on the other hand, has lost three straight, with their latest being a 71-53 home defeat to Lipscomb.

Ja'Leah Williams hit two quick 3-pointers during Louisville's 8-0 run to increase the team's lead. The Eagles are shooting 63% from the field and 4-for-5 on layups, but the Cardinals still hold a one-point lead after the first quarter.
