A Melting Pot of Flavors

Parc De Oaks on Moss Street has become a haven for food enthusiasts, with a lineup of food truck businesses serving up an impressive variety of dishes. From bao buns and egg rolls to noodles, Creole plate lunches, wings, and sno-balls, the park's diverse offerings cater to every palate. The sheer number of cuisines available can make it challenging for hungry customers to decide where to start, but the owners have come up with a unique solution to make that choice a little easier.

Introducing the Parc Sampler

Chris and Andrea Amos, the owners of Parc De Oaks, have launched a new initiative to help customers explore the park's culinary offerings. The Parc Sampler is a specially curated box that features menu items from five different food truck businesses, allowing customers to sample a variety of flavors in a single purchase.

A Taste of the Parc Sampler

The first Parc Sampler box will include an egg roll from Nina Creole, a Korean fried chicken bao bun from Bayou Bao Co., Crack Wings from Southern Kreole, a wonton taco from Noodlehead, and an Italian ice cup from Rockin' Ice. The Amos' plan to rotate the participating food trucks for each Parc Sampler, ensuring that customers can experience a fresh and diverse selection of dishes with each purchase.

Empowering Customers to Discover New Favorites

The Parc Sampler is a unique concept that the Amos' believe will benefit both customers and the food truck businesses. "We were thinking about how to give people the option to try something at a truck they normally wouldn't try," says Chris Amos. "It's a new concept I've never seen before, and everybody can benefit."

Convenient and Affordable Sampling

Customers can purchase a Parc Sampler wristband for $26, which will grant them access to the five participating food trucks and allow them to pick up the featured item from each. This innovative approach provides an affordable and convenient way for foodies to explore the diverse culinary offerings at Parc De Oaks.

Keeping the Parc Sampler Fresh and Exciting

The Amos' plan to keep the Parc Sampler concept fresh and exciting by introducing new seasonal samplers on a regular basis. "We'd like to keep the idea fresh and new with different seasonal samplers," says Chris Amos, ensuring that customers can continue to discover new and exciting flavors with each visit.

Celebrating the Autumn Season at Parc De Oaks

In addition to the launch of the Parc Sampler, Parc De Oaks is gearing up to host its biggest event of the year – the October pumpkin patch. The patch will be open for pictures, activities, and pumpkin sales, starting the weekend of October 11th and running for three weeks.
