She didn't specify which child was sick but assured followers that "he's fine, btw" and wished everyone a happy Thanksgiving. Bowen shares son Oliver, 17, and twin sons John and Gustav, 15, with her ex-husband Scott Phillips. The separation occurred in February 2017 after 13 years of marriage.
