Initially, it was reported that McGillen was driving the vehicle; however, the document was later amended to state that both women were passengers. According to the lawsuit, they suffered personal injuries leading to ongoing pain and physical limitations, necessitating medical attention. Despite this, the California Highway Patrol could not locate any report of an accident at that location on the specified date.
