Beyond a polished finish, other elements significantly influence buyer decisions, though their prominence has shifted. While last year saw broadband and mobile connectivity as the leading concern for remote work needs, it has slightly receded to second place in 2025, still deemed important by 77 percent of respondents. Outdoor spaces, such as gardens, also remain highly valued by a similar percentage. Furthermore, urban proximity has gained importance, moving up six places to the fourth spot.
