In Gorakhpur and Mumbai, a heart-wrenching incident has unfolded. The 25-year-old Air India pilot, Srishti Tuli, was found dead at her rented home in Mumbai's Marol area. Her family alleges that her boyfriend, Aditya Pandit (27), who has been arrested for abetment to suicide, subjected her to public humiliation, mental harassment, and extortion.

Unraveling the Mysterious Death of the Air India Pilot

Initial Incident and Circumstances

Srishti was discovered hanging with a data cable on Monday. It is said that the argument with her boyfriend over the phone led to this tragic event. Aditya rushed to her flat only to find the door locked. A key maker was called, and upon entering, Srishti was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. No suicide note was found at the flat.

Srishti was from Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur, and her family is struggling to come to terms with this shocking loss. Her uncle, Vivek Tuli, expressed disbelief, stating that this seems like a planned murder. He mentioned that Srishti was a strong individual and a pilot, which makes the situation even more puzzling. They have learned about her friend Aditya, who started training with her but dropped out. It is believed that Aditya was jealous and began harassing her.

According to the FIR, Srishti met Aditya during her commercial flying training in Delhi. While she completed the course, Aditya did not. Srishti moved to Mumbai last year after obtaining her flying license.

Bank Account Details and Allegations

Mr. Tuli revealed that they have gone through Srishti's bank account statement. So far, they have managed to check only one month's statement. Around Diwali, approximately Rs 65,000 was transferred to Aditya's family members. This has led him to believe that Aditya was blackmailing her. He has now requested the bank for the entire year's statement to gather more evidence.

Aditya lives in Faridabad near Delhi and frequently travelled to Mumbai to stay with Srishti. The police claim that she died by suicide, but Mr. Tuli questions how Aditya could have manipulated her and pushed her to the brink. He mentioned that Srishti had spoken to her mother and aunt cheerfully just 15 minutes before her death, which adds to the mystery.

Mr. Tuli also said that Srishti had not informed her family about the harassment she was facing. She had only shared some details with her sister. However, when he met her friends, they revealed the extent of Aditya's harassment. He would publicly scream at her and even make her get out of the car in the middle of the road and drive away.

Fight and Other Allegations

Recently, there was a fight between Srishti and Aditya after she could not attend his sister's engagement ceremony. The family has alleged that another woman pilot was involved. They claim that this woman called the key maker, got the door opened, and took Srishti to the hospital. This has raised many questions as to why someone would enter someone else's flat without calling the cops, especially when they are trained pilots.

The family has filed a complaint, and the police have registered an FIR under the abetment to suicide charge and arrested Aditya. They are seeking justice and hope that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will intervene and provide them with the closure they deserve.
