Srishti was from Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur, and her family is struggling to come to terms with this shocking loss. Her uncle, Vivek Tuli, expressed disbelief, stating that this seems like a planned murder. He mentioned that Srishti was a strong individual and a pilot, which makes the situation even more puzzling. They have learned about her friend Aditya, who started training with her but dropped out. It is believed that Aditya was jealous and began harassing her.
According to the FIR, Srishti met Aditya during her commercial flying training in Delhi. While she completed the course, Aditya did not. Srishti moved to Mumbai last year after obtaining her flying license.
Aditya lives in Faridabad near Delhi and frequently travelled to Mumbai to stay with Srishti. The police claim that she died by suicide, but Mr. Tuli questions how Aditya could have manipulated her and pushed her to the brink. He mentioned that Srishti had spoken to her mother and aunt cheerfully just 15 minutes before her death, which adds to the mystery.
Mr. Tuli also said that Srishti had not informed her family about the harassment she was facing. She had only shared some details with her sister. However, when he met her friends, they revealed the extent of Aditya's harassment. He would publicly scream at her and even make her get out of the car in the middle of the road and drive away.
The family has filed a complaint, and the police have registered an FIR under the abetment to suicide charge and arrested Aditya. They are seeking justice and hope that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will intervene and provide them with the closure they deserve.
