Don Johnson is currently reveling in the warmth of family love during this holiday period. The renowned Hollywood actor, famous for his portrayal of James “Sonny” Crockett in the ’80s TV series “Miami Vice,” is commemorating another year of his life. He reached the age of 75 on Sunday, December 15.

His Favorite Present: Time with His Children

Among all his presents, the one he cherishes the most is spending quality time with his children. In a rare family photo, Johnson posed with all five of his children - from two different marriages and one previous relationship - on a staircase adorned with Christmas decorations. He captioned the family portrait with the words, “My Kids are my Everything!!! Happy Birthday to me!!!”In the photo, Johnson was accompanied by his wife Kelley Phleger. Johnson's eldest son from a previous relationship with actress Patti D’Arbanville, 41-year-old Jesse Johnson, completed the family portrait.

Insight into His Daily Balance

In an interview with USA TODAY in 2021, the actor opened up about what helps him maintain balance in his daily life. “I start each day by meditating and engaging in some form of physical activity every day, such as hiking or doing yoga. I actually began doing yoga seriously with my wife at the start of the pandemic. We took it quite seriously and chose to attend a regular class with female instructors - not men - because they are really tough and will push you to your limits,” he shared.

Recent Acting Endeavors

Most recently, Johnson starred in Netflix’s “Rebel Ridge” in August. When speaking to USA TODAY about his latest acting credit, the actor expressed, “This movie is about something that holds great significance, and that was one of the main attractions for me.”
