Bluegrass Legend Honored: Earl Scruggs Festival Returns to North Carolina

A celebration of a musical icon is set to take place in western North Carolina, where the Earl Scruggs Music Festival will showcase an impressive lineup paying tribute to the legendary bluegrass musician. Esteemed artists such as Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sam Bush, and Del McCoury Band are among those who will perform at this year's event. The festival will unfold over three days, from August 29th to 31st, at the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Purchasing tickets for this cultural extravaganza has already commenced. Weekend passes begin at $150, while single-day admissions start from $81.57. Families with young ones can enjoy the festivities without added costs, as children aged 12 and under attend free when accompanied by a paying adult.
