Beerfarm to Build Brewery in Glenworth Valley in 2025

Independent craft brewery, Beerfarm, is set to embark on an exciting journey by commencing the construction of a brewery and taphouse in Glenworth Valley on the NSW Central Coast in early 2025. This announcement follows its successful Development Application approval and holds great promise for the local community and tourism.
Beerfarm's Vision and Goals
The new Glenworth Valley facility is envisioned to become a vibrant hub, integrating with the local community. It will initially operate as a production brewery, with beer brewing underway by mid-2025. Phase two will focus on the full restaurant and taphouse venue, aiming to open its doors to the public around mid-2026. With a proposed production capacity of up to 2 million litres annually, Beerfarm aims to increase its national product volume by 30 per cent and supply its beers throughout the East Coast.The taproom will offer the full beer range, and the restaurant will focus on local produce. It will include spaces for live music, private events, and large-scale cultural events, creating a dynamic and engaging space. Once fully complete, the new site is expected to employ upwards of 40-50 people, further boosting the local economy.In 2024, the region welcomed 5.2 million visitors according to Destination NSW, and tourism expenditure reached $1.4 billion, highlighting the area's growing potential as a tourist attraction.
