AJ Foyt Racing has embarked on a meaningful collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, aiming to enhance public awareness of the disease and support research efforts. This partnership was officially launched at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, where the association's logo adorned the sidepods of Santino Ferrucci’s No. 14 Chevy. For the rest of the season, the emblem will be prominently featured on the car’s nose. Through this alliance, the team seeks not only to highlight the critical work done by the Alzheimer’s Association but also to engage race fans in supporting the cause.

The connection between AJ Foyt Racing and the Alzheimer’s Association came about through Marlyne Sexton, a long-standing supporter of the team and owner of Sexton Properties, which serves as the primary sponsor for the No. 14 vehicle. Santino Ferrucci expressed his pride in carrying the association’s logo, emphasizing that this initiative resonates deeply with him personally. He praised the organization for its unwavering dedication to assisting families affected by Alzheimer’s disease daily.

President of AJ Foyt Racing, Larry Foyt, stated that the team feels privileged to collaborate with such a vital organization. The disease has had an extensive impact on countless lives, making this partnership crucial for creating significant change both inside and outside the racing world. By joining forces, they aim to leverage their platform to amplify the message and resources provided by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Fans who attend the races throughout the season will have unique opportunities to interact directly with representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association. These interactions will include educational exhibits, donation stations, and appearances by notable supporters of the cause. Such activations are designed to foster greater understanding and involvement among the motorsport community.

This innovative partnership marks a significant step forward in raising awareness about Alzheimer’s disease. By integrating charitable initiatives into the dynamic environment of IndyCar racing, AJ Foyt Racing and the Alzheimer’s Association hope to inspire broader engagement and support from fans and beyond. Together, they strive to make a lasting impact on the global fight against Alzheimer’s.
