Construction of Asunto Oy Tampereen Kesätuuli began last month, and it is expected to be completed by next December. This eight-storey building will house 48 apartments ranging from 29.5m² to 94.5m², covering approximately 3,300 gross square metres. Effective waste sorting measures are in place to minimize the amount of mixed waste produced. Furthermore, electric vehicle charging points will be installed at all parking spaces on the site.
