The compilation is based on over 367,000 ratings for more than 11,000 dishes. Despite the subjectivity of taste, this annual ranking offers a fascinating glimpse into global culinary preferences. Notably, the United States made several appearances on the list, while the United Kingdom was notably absent.

The top spot on the list goes to lechona, a traditional Colombian dish that showcases the art of slow-roasting.
