This integrated development is set to offer a one-stop shopping and living experience.

Distribution Center Move

In a significant move, Costco will relocate its distribution center from West Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie. Spanning nearly 200 acres in the Southern Grove area along Interstate 95 in the city's "jobs corridor," this new distribution center is expected to enhance the efficiency of Costco's operations and serve the Treasure Coast region more effectively.

Project Timeline

The construction timeline is set to reach completion by spring 2025. This gives the local community and shoppers ample time to anticipate the opening of the Costco store and the various amenities it will bring.
