The suspect, driving a white Audi, accelerated away from the scene recklessly. In his haste, he struck a patrol vehicle stationed nearby. The car then plowed through a fence and crashed onto the roof of a nearby house’s front porch. According to Cappetto, the driver misjudged the turn and lost control of the vehicle.
