Simply descend into the cave until the terrain transitions from dirt to stone, marked by a scattering of bones. The Molar will be found near deposits of sturdy quartzite and marble.

A third Milk Molar is cunningly concealed within a compact earthen cave, just west of the Picnic Table. The entrance to this hidden spot is situated close to an aged hot dog.

Acquiring the fourth Milk Molar presents a more significant challenge, as it is secured within a locked briefcase atop the Picnic Table. Once downstairs, proceed down the steps and open the shortcut leading back to the pipes you previously navigated to reach the Statue gardens. At the SCAB.2K terminal, turn around to reveal a hidden cave accessible through a breach in the wall. Within this cave, you will find the Mega Milk Molar nestled in the dirt, alongside some sturdy quartzite.
