This UAE city has a rich history of hosting top-tier World Triathlon events and will also host a World Triathlon Mixed Relay Series event on the same weekend. Following Abu Dhabi, the WTCS will head to Yokohama, Japan, on May 17, before introducing a new addition to the series in Sardinia, Italy, at the end of May.The calendar also features longstanding events, such as the WTCS in Hamburg, Germany, which will host the Mixed Relay World Championships in July. Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic is stepping up from a World Cup event to a WTCS fixture, offering athletes a challenging course in September. The Championship Finals will return to Australia in 2025, with Wollongong gearing up to crown the next world champions in October.
