A devastating accident on a two-lane road near Wenatchee has resulted in the loss of four lives and left seven others injured. The incident unfolded on Sunday afternoon, just past midday, when an attempt to overtake another vehicle led to a catastrophic collision between a private car and a passenger bus. The impact caused the bus, carrying 27 passengers and a driver, to veer off the road and come to rest in a ditch. Among those who tragically lost their lives were two teenagers from the car, identified as a young male and female, both aged 17.
