New Vendors Enhance the Dining Experience at Eat Street Crossing

As spring arrives, Eat Street Crossing is welcoming several new vendors to its lineup, offering an enhanced dining experience for visitors. The addition of Hikari Hand Roll Bar, led by chef Jason Yeung, introduces a delightful selection of hand and specialty sushi rolls. Alongside this, House of Hue and Staff Meeting have also joined the collective, bringing their unique flavors to the table. While Bebe Zito burgers has recently closed its stand, El Sazon is set to join the lineup soon, ensuring a diverse range of culinary options.

Since its opening two years ago, Eat Street Crossing has become a popular destination for food enthusiasts. Located on Nicollet Avenue South in Minneapolis, it continues to evolve with the introduction of these new vendors. Each addition brings something special to the hall, from the intricate sushi creations at Hikari Hand Roll Bar to the vibrant Vietnamese cuisine at House of Hue. Visitors can now enjoy an even wider variety of flavors and dishes, making each visit a new adventure. Exciting Openings Bring Global Flavors and Sweet Treats to the City

Spring also marks the opening of World Street Kitchen at the Market at Malcolm Yards, adding another global comfort food option to the city's dining scene. Founded by brothers Saed and Sameh Wadi, this fast-casual concept began as a food truck before establishing a permanent location on Lyndale Avenue in 2012. Now, with its new spot at Malcolm Yards, it offers an expanded menu of international favorites. Meanwhile, Legendary Spice, originally from Chengdu, China, is set to open a new location near the University of Minnesota, serving up ramen, rice bowls, boba, and Chinese desserts.

In addition to these savory offerings, a sweet treat awaits at Maplewood Mall with the grand opening of Spinning Wylde’s S.W. Cloud Bar. Known for its gourmet cotton candy, Spinning Wylde has been a beloved fixture at the Minnesota State Fair. Now, visitors can enjoy this whimsical dessert year-round at the mall’s first-floor location next to the carousel. The bar will offer a variety of flavors and customizable toppings, making it a perfect stop for families and dessert lovers alike. With these new openings, the city’s food landscape is becoming even more vibrant and diverse, promising delicious experiences for everyone.
