After working as a dishwasher in a restaurant, Michael set his sights on starting his own venture, collaborating with friends and even flipping a property to save up the necessary funds to purchase the food truck."I made about $48,000 and that's when I looked to my mom, I was like mom, this is our time," said Michael, reflecting on the moment he realized his dream could become a reality.
