Linda Wagner, the director, explains, "We have a lot of families that have young children and their income isn’t quite enough and so we help bridge that gap of food." Wagner further emphasizes the importance of their work, stating, "We also get help from the schools around here. Vega, Adrian and Wildorado schools donate, but the High Plains Food Bank, that’s where we get most of our food from." These partnerships play a crucial role in their ability to serve the community.
