The Red Line Synthetic Oil Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) has announced its highly anticipated 2025 schedule, building upon the success of the previous year's campaign. The series will return to the familiar racetracks across the East Coast and Midwest, delivering a season filled with heart-pounding action, first-time triumphs, and unforgettable moments for both teams and fans alike.

The PDRA's unwavering commitment to growth and consistency is at the forefront of their 2025 plans. "The goal each year is to continue to grow in numerous ways and being consistent with the locations, dates, and programs so teams and fans alike can plan accordingly," said Tyler Crossnoe, the series director. The 2024 season was a resounding success, with each event contributing to a captivating season-long narrative filled with first-time winners, champions, heartbreaking moments, and storybook endings.

Expanding the Motorsports Platform: Racer-Centric Approach

As the PDRA looks ahead to 2025, the series will continue to build upon its strong motorsports platform, focusing on racer-centric programs and events. "As we look back on 2024 and look forward to 2025, we will continue to further our motorsports platform with our racer-centric programs and events all while staying consistent with the schedule to continue pushing PDRA's roots into these six markets to grow our fan base," Crossnoe explained.

Optimizing the Schedule: Avoiding Conflicts for Seamless Experiences

The 2025 PDRA season will feature a carefully crafted schedule that emphasizes even spacing between events, allowing for seamless experiences for crew chiefs, drivers, vendors, and fans. "While we will return to the same six facilities in 2025, we have put an emphasis on even spacing on event dates while working with other series to avoid schedule conflicts so crew chiefs, drivers, vendors, and fans can overlap across their favorite professional avenues for drag racing," Crossnoe continued.

Familiar Venues, Thrilling Additions: A Diverse Calendar

The 2025 Red Line Oil PDRA season will kick off at the traditional host of the season opener, GALOT Motorsports Park in Benson, North Carolina, on April 2-5. The series will then venture to Virginia Motorsports Park on May 1-3, followed by a return to the beloved Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, for the Memorial Day weekend event. The first half of the season will conclude at Maryland International Raceway in Budds Creek, Maryland, on June 12-14.After a brief summer break, the PDRA will head to the Northern Nationals at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan, which will feature a blend of nitro and specialty elements that have become a Michigan tradition. The series will then make a highly anticipated return to Bristol Dragway in northeast Tennessee on August 22-24, building on the excitement and unknowns of the inaugural event in 2024.The second half of the season will see the PDRA return to GALOT Motorsports Park on September 11-13, before concluding the 12th season of eighth-mile championship drag racing at the Brian Olson Memorial World Finals at Virginia Motorsports Park on October 2-5.

Celebrating Champions and Unveiling the Future

PDRA officials will have additional announcements and news regarding the 2025 season during the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show, held from December 11-13 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The series will also crown its champions during the prestigious Red Line Oil PDRA Awards Banquet on Friday, December 12, at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott.
