Marcelli started the race strongly, mirroring Bou's success in the initial stages. However, during the final, he encountered a puncture which affected his performance in the decisive zones. Despite these challenges, he pushed hard until the end, securing third place. Marcelli acknowledged that while the outcome was positive, there was room for improvement. In the context of the championship, today's race was crucial as it allowed him to gain valuable points. With 36 points, Marcelli is now fourth in the standings. The team's manager, Takahisa Fujinami, praised both riders' performances and emphasized the importance of maintaining consistency in the upcoming races.
