F2 Race Winner's Journey and Championship Hunt

Paul Aron's Winning Moment

Paul Aron expressed the relief of having the pressure off his shoulders. "It's a bit of a weight lifted. The fact that we've been so close all year, with four poles this weekend and still no win, it was in the back of my mind. There were moments of doubt, but we managed to pull it off. Despite a less-than-ideal start, we played the strategy game well. The Safety Car added an extra layer of complexity, but luck was on my side in the end. Congrats to Gabriel too; he won on track."

Looking at the stats, Hitech was the only team yet to claim a win. This win means a lot, not just for me but for the team. We've been working hard all season, and it's great to see the results. Now, we head to Abu Dhabi with a lot of momentum.

Second Half of the Race Strategy

During the second part of the race, Aron faced challenges. "Our plan was to go for an undercut if we got overtaken at the start. We executed that, but the Safety Car gave Gabriel an advantage with a free pitstop. Managing the race with Isack behind was tricky. You have to bide your time and take opportunities when they arise. It's always a mess when there are different strategies on track, but we did our best."

Even with the distractions, Aron remained focused on the task at hand. He knew he had to make the most of every opportunity to secure the win. The final laps were tense, but he managed to hold on.

Future and Championship Hunt

With his future at Alpine announced and this win, Aron's mindset is clear. "The pressure is in your head. Having this deal announced gives me a bit of confidence, but it's still up to me to perform. Hitech has given me a great car this weekend, and we've been flying. Seven or eight races without points was tough, but I'm ready to go all out in Abu Dhabi. It won't be easy, but I'll give it my all."

The championship hunt is intense, and every point counts. Aron knows he has to keep pushing to achieve his goal.

Isack Hadjar's Second Place

Isack Hadjar shared his experience of finishing second. "There was no data on the last three laps, so I was just going by visual cues. I thought I had a decent gap, but it was close. Going into the last lap, I knew I had to push. I've been struggling for pace all weekend, but I managed to hold on and finish within the five-second margin. It's a great result for us."

Yesterday's race was a disappointment, but bouncing back today felt amazing. We're in a good position going into the final round in Abu Dhabi.

Final Round Mindset

Hadjar is excited for the final round. "Starting from ninth yesterday and fourth today, it's great to be just half a point away from the lead going to Abu Dhabi. We're going all in, and it's going to be a tough fight. But it's a good position to be in, and I'm looking forward to it."

The final round promises to be a thrilling showdown, and both drivers are ready to give it their all.

Gabriel Bortoleto's Third Place

Gabriel Bortoleto was disappointed by the penalty but remained positive. "It's part of the game. Paul did a great job, and Isack too. P3 is still a good result, and we got some valuable points. The final round in Abu Dhabi will be fun; it's always exciting to fight for a championship. The closer we get to the end, the more emotional it gets. Congrats to Isack and Paul; let's have some fun."

Bortoleto faced some tough battles during the race. "Fighting through backmarkers and dealing with different strategies was challenging. There were some close calls, but I managed to make some good moves. Now, we'll focus on Abu Dhabi and give it our best."

Championship Aspirations

Bortoleto has his sights set on the championship. "Winning both F2 and F3 as a rookie would be a great achievement. I want to win this championship for the team and all our sponsors. It would be amazing to give them the result they deserve. We'll learn from today and go for Abu Dhabi with a renewed determination."

The drivers are ready to leave it all on the track in the final round and write the next chapter in their F2 careers.
