Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre Leads the Way in Sustainable Hospitality

The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre has partnered with Denali, a leading recycler of organic materials, to revolutionize the way hotels manage food waste. Through this innovative collaboration, the hotel is now offering certified zero-food-waste meetings, conferences, and conventions, setting a new standard for sustainable hospitality.

Transforming Waste into Opportunity

Leveraging Denali's Expertise

The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, has leveraged Denali's advanced depackaging capabilities to efficiently separate plastic, cardboard, and other packaging from food and drinks. This process allows the hotel to easily recycle food waste that would have otherwise ended up in landfills. The resulting clean stream of organic materials is then used to create compost that feeds North Texas farms and gardens, completing the circular economy.

Addressing Customer Demand

This innovative program was born out of the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre's commitment to operate more sustainably and the growing customer demand for events that create less waste. Denali, a company that recycles more than 1 billion pounds of food waste each year, has provided the hotel with the solutions and expertise needed to economically recycle food waste at scale.
