The ARF Pet Pantry has been a lifeline for local pet owners facing financial hardship. Thanks to the recent donation of 5,392 pounds of dog and cat/kitten food from CHS Primeland, the pantry is now better equipped to meet the needs of the community. Additionally, Green Acres Nursery contributed 142 pounds of dog food, further bolstering the pantry's supplies.ARF volunteer Sue Dibble, who oversees the pet food pantry, expressed her deep gratitude for the community's support. "This is just wonderful, and we are so appreciative," she said. Dibble also acknowledged the invaluable assistance of Russ and Carla Simmons, Lanee Wood, and Juli Stevens, who helped with the unloading of the donated items.

Expanding Access to the ARF Pet Pantry

The ARF Pet Pantry is open to the public on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the ARF Barn (formerly the Grangeville Veterinary Clinic). This convenient schedule ensures that pet owners in need can easily access the essential supplies they require to care for their beloved companions.
