In 2025, from April 10th to 13th, Pebble Beach Food & Wine is all set to grace the shores of Monterey Peninsula once again. This festival, which first launched in 2008, has grown into a significant spring event, boasting dozens of world-class chefs, hundreds of wine and spirits producers, and four days filled with signature tastings and dining experiences.

Chefs and Their Culinary Creations

Alice Waters of Chez Panisse, with her renowned culinary expertise, stands among herbs in her Los Angeles garden in 1981. Her dishes are a testament to the art of fine dining. Nancy Silverton of Mozza brings her unique touch to the festival, while Nyesha Arrington of Native By Nyesha adds a modern twist. Esther Choi of Mŏkbar also contributes with her distinct flavors. Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto is another prominent chef who will be part of this gastronomic extravaganza.
