Alice Waters of Chez Panisse, with her renowned culinary expertise, stands among herbs in her Los Angeles garden in 1981. Her dishes are a testament to the art of fine dining. Nancy Silverton of Mozza brings her unique touch to the festival, while Nyesha Arrington of Native By Nyesha adds a modern twist. Esther Choi of Mŏkbar also contributes with her distinct flavors.
