PCD Innovation Awards 2025: Celebrating Excellence in Beauty and Fragrance

The PCD Innovation Awards for 2025 have recognized outstanding achievements in the beauty industry across various categories. Esteemed brands such as Marc Jacobs, Cartier, Valentino, Chanel, Diptyque, Christian Dior, Lancôme, Biotherm, and La Prairie were among the recipients. The awards covered a wide range of products including fragrances, makeup, personal care, haircare, and skincare. Limited edition items also received special attention, with distinctions made based on production quantities. This year's awards highlight the industry's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Awards Highlighting Innovation and Creativity

In the realm of fragrances, three notable winners emerged. In the women, men, and unisex category, Daisy Wild by Marc Jacobs, distributed by Coty, was honored for its innovative approach. Another standout was Déclaration Eau de Toilette by Cartier Parfums, celebrated for its unique scent profile. Additionally, Anatomy of Dreams – La Collection Valentino by L’Oréal won acclaim for its artistic presentation. A certificate was awarded to the Bottega Veneta Parfum Collection by Kering Beauté.

For limited editions under 2000 pieces, two remarkable entries stood out. N°5 Extrait 900 ml, Coffret Collector Noël 2024 by Chanel and Les Nécessaires à Parfums Cartier – Boîtier Panthère Cyprès & Boîtier Points Verts by Cartier Parfums both garnered awards. In the over 2000 pieces category, Drop N°5 L’eau 50 ml by Chanel and Le Culbuto by Diptyque & Servaire & Co were honored. Certificates went to Lancôme Advent Calendar 2024 by L’Oréal and La Collection Rabane by Puig.

Makeup innovations were equally impressive. Rouge Dior by Parfums Christian Dior, Lancôme’s Teint Idole Ultra Wear Bronzer en Poudre, and Dior Forever Skin Perfect each received accolades. A certificate was given to Valentino Spike refillable lipstick by L’Oréal.

In personal care and haircare, sustainability was a key theme. Biotherm Roll-On 2.0 – 100% PCR and Elsève restage by L’Oréal were awarded for their eco-friendly initiatives. Yves Rocher received a certificate for its Eco-Recharges Bain de Nature.

Skincare advancements were highlighted with awards to N°1 de Chanel sérum yeux revitalisant and Life Matrix Haute Rejuvenation Cream by La Prairie. A special prize from the jury was awarded to Double Serum by Clarins.
