Perez’s career began after high school when he joined the Air Force Reserves, serving as an aircrew flight equipment technician. Following his military service, he returned to Guam to pursue higher education, earning degrees in finance and economics, and later a Master’s in Business Administration. Living in Honolulu with his fiancée and young son, Perez enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and surfing during his free time.
