South Miami, Florida witnessed an exciting start to the season as Miami Kids Magazine and the City of South Miami came together. This weekend, more than 70 organizations joined forces to organize a remarkable parade that brought people together. The parade journeyed down Sunset Drive, starting from U.S. 1 and ending at Red Road, where a block party awaited with an abundance of food, live music, and fun activities. Karla Richey, the publisher of Miami Kids Magazine, expressed her excitement as she said, "We're extremely thrilled that everyone from all across the City of South Miami and different areas of Miami-Dade came to be a part of this event. We have the unique snow tubing where kids are joyfully jumping on the slide, and we have snow in Miami right here. Everyone is truly immersed in the festive vibe."
