Cracker Barrel's Strategic Asset Divestitures and Positive Outlook
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (CBRL) announced on Monday a positive revision to its financial projections, expecting to meet or exceed its revenue targets and surpass its adjusted EBITDA outlook. The company's strategic moves include the completion of a sale-leaseback agreement for 26 stores, generating approximately $77 million in net proceeds, which will be utilized to reduce debt.
