Manny Khoshbin, a prominent figure in real estate, has made a significant shift in his luxury car acquisition, pivoting from his initial order for a Koenigsegg Jesko to secure a reservation for the highly coveted Sadair's Spear. This decision highlights his pursuit of automotive rarity and performance, placing him among an elite group of collectors globally. His personalized approach to customizing the vehicle reflects a keen eye for design and an appreciation for the ultimate in automotive engineering. As the automotive world observes, Khoshbin's journey with the Sadair's Spear promises to be a unique chapter in hypercar ownership.
This latest development in Khoshbin's collection stands out, particularly given recent discussions surrounding hypercar experiences within the industry. By opting for the track-ready Sadair's Spear, a model known for its extreme performance and limited production, Khoshbin reinforces his status as a collector who values exclusivity and cutting-edge automotive technology. The anticipation builds for the delivery of his customized vehicle, a testament to his discerning taste and passion for extraordinary automobiles.
Khoshbin's Evolution in Hypercar Preferences
Manny Khoshbin, a notable real estate mogul, has recently updated his Koenigsegg order, transitioning from the conventional Jesko to the more exclusive, track-oriented Sadair's Spear. This decision by Khoshbin positions him uniquely within the hypercar community, as only 30 units of the Sadair's Spear are slated for global production. His move into this ultra-rare segment signals a desire for unparalleled performance and exclusivity, diverging from the path taken by some other collectors facing challenges with their current hypercar acquisitions.
Originally, Khoshbin had placed an order for a standard Jesko, considering both its high-speed Absolut and track-focused Attack variants. However, his perspective shifted dramatically after witnessing the Sadair's Spear's record-breaking ascent at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Its impressive 47.14-second hill climb, powered by a 1,625-horsepower twin-turbo V8 and advanced aerodynamics, established it as the fastest production car at the event. This demonstration of raw power and precision solidified Khoshbin's choice, inspiring him to pursue the most extreme iteration of Koenigsegg's engineering prowess.
Crafting His Bespoke Sadair's Spear
Despite the official configurator not yet being publicly accessible, Manny Khoshbin utilized a specialized private Jesko configurator, typically reserved for exclusive clientele, to meticulously craft two distinct specifications for his forthcoming Sadair's Spear. This hands-on approach underscores his commitment to personalizing every aspect of his hypercar, ensuring it aligns perfectly with his aesthetic and performance desires. The careful selection of colors, finishes, and interior accents highlights the bespoke nature of such an acquisition.
Khoshbin's first design concept featured a vibrant Chilli Red exterior, accented by a $23,200 Arctic White central stripe extending from the rear to the front splitter. Complementing this were $27,300 Chilli Red fins, $104,900 carbon fiber wheels equipped with Street Cup 2 tires, and Moon Silver brake calipers. The interior was conceptualized with Desiato Alcantara, enhanced with $1,350 Lingonberry red French-cross stitching. His second vision shifted to a striking Yolk Yellow with a contrasting Jet Black stripe, retaining the Moon Silver calipers and carbon wheels. The cabin maintained the black Desiato theme but was elevated with opulent gold French-cross stitching. While Khoshbin admitted a preference for the yellow scheme, he expressed an interest in a deeper shade of yellow for his final choice. Delivery of this exceptionally rare vehicle, one of only 30 worldwide, is anticipated in 2026, marking a significant addition to his esteemed collection.
