Kim Zolciak made a serious claim about her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. According to her, during a heated argument in front of their kids, Kroy threw her to the ground. This incident allegedly took place at their multi-million Atlanta estate on Nov. 27, as per a police report obtained by TMZ. Zolciak stated that the argument started when she was on a ladder taking down curtains. The reality star alleged that Kroy grabbed her from the ladder and tossed her to the floor, causing her injuries. However, 46-year-old Zolciak refused to provide proof of her injuries to first responders. Meanwhile, 39-year-old Kroy told police that his estranged wife hit him in the face during the argument. The alleged altercation occurred while two of their children were at home, but they had different accounts of what happened. One child said Zolciak fell off the ladder and landed on top of Biermann while they were arguing. Another child claimed they didn't see the altercation but heard the argument from the basement and rushed upstairs. Biermann claimed his estranged wife attacked him. No arrests were made, and authorities couldn't determine the "primary aggressor" in the situation. Representatives for the exes were not immediately available for comment.Biermann and Zolciak share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. The retired athlete also adopted Zolciak's daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from her past relationship. On the same day as the alleged argument, Page Six learned that Zolciak was moving out of their marital home during their ongoing divorce proceedings. Photos obtained by TMZ showed moving vans outside their multimillion-dollar estate, which faced foreclosure on Dec. 3. Zolciak and Biermann have been trying to sell their property for $4.5 million for the past year to avoid foreclosure due to their financial woes. Over the past few years, Zolciak has been sued for unpaid credit card debt, and Biermann faced legal trouble for missed car payments. The "Don't Be Tardy" alum and Biermann have been in on-and-off divorce proceedings since May 2023. Kroy previously blamed their financial issues on Zolciak's alleged gambling addiction, claiming she spent $1.5 million "illegally" online during their 12 years of marriage.
