Food Rescue, located at 2889 Aero Park Drive in Traverse City (enter through Main Entrance), rescues, harvests, repacks, and distributes 2 million pounds of food annually, which is worth $3.34 million. This program is essential in providing food to 78 food pantries, community meal sites, and baby pantries.

By attending the Recess event and contributing through admission fees, attendees are directly supporting this vital work. It's a way to make a positive impact on the community and help those in need.
