Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road Update 1.3.0 Brings New Features and Enhancements

Level-5 has just released a significant update for its football RPG, Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, elevating the game to version 1.3.0. This patch introduces a series of new functionalities, gameplay tweaks, and essential bug resolutions, all designed to enrich the player's journey.

Enhance Your Play: New Features and Balance in Victory Road's Latest Update!

Introducing Competitive Balance: Level Caps for Ranked and Lobby Matches

A new level cap has been implemented for Ranked Matches, setting character levels at a maximum of 50 to foster more intense and equitable competition. Characters exceeding this limit will automatically be adjusted downwards. For Lobby Matches, players now have the flexibility to either activate or deactivate this level restriction according to their preferences.

Seamless Character Management: Enhanced Switching Capabilities

Players will now find it significantly easier to manage their teams with the addition of character-switching features. It is now possible to swap characters directly from both the Abilearn Board and the Equipment Menu, allowing for more fluid roster adjustments without navigating through multiple screens.

Strategic Refinements: Balance Adjustments Across Gameplay Modes

Several balance adjustments have been made to optimize the overall gameplay. This includes revised training objectives in Chapter 9 of Story Mode and modified experience requirements for all characters' progression. Additionally, Avatar levels in Story Mode matches will now be synchronized, with any Avatar above level 50 being scaled down to 50.

Improved Story Mode Experience: Progress Preservation and Bonus Experience

To enhance the Story Mode experience, retrying a match will now preserve the score attained up to the point of defeat, ensuring less frustration. Furthermore, a new system grants bonus experience to up to five lower-level characters in the Team Dock after each match, with the bonus scaling based on the level difference compared to the team's average level.

Fair Play Measures: Combating Idling in Ranked Matches

Measures have been introduced to address idling in Ranked Matches, promoting fair play. Rewards for defeat will only be granted if the match is completed, and experience gained from defeat has been reduced to one-quarter. Conceding a match will no longer yield any rewards.

Critical Fixes: Addressing Various In-Game Issues

The update also resolves a multitude of bugs, including an issue where players who hadn't completed Story Mode could acquire characters prematurely, halting progression. Other fixes address problems with Spirit Exchange, incorrect Ranked Match point awards, progression blockers in various Story Mode chapters, and network latency issues impacting online play and penalty kicks, ensuring a smoother and more reliable gaming experience.
