Hollywood Florida Road Racer Kyle Weatherford's Memorial Services and Racing Legacy

Services were held in Davie, Florida on November 22nd in memory of Hollywood, Florida road racer Kyle Weatherford. He met a tragic end in a car accident on November 16th. Kyle was an enthusiastic road racer licensed by multiple racing organizations in the Southeast and obtained a MotoAmerica Stock 1000-class license this year.

FMRRA 2021 SuperStock 1000 Grande Corsa Amateur Champion - Kyle Weatherford's remarkable victory in this category showcased his exceptional skills on the track. His dedication and hard work paid off, making him a force to be reckoned with in the amateur racing scene.

AMA ROAD RACE GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP 2021 Amateur Road Racer of The Year - This prestigious title further solidified his position as a top amateur racer. His consistent performances and ability to handle the challenges of the track earned him the respect of his peers and the racing community.

Racing with Different Organisations

Kyle Weatherford raced with PanAmerican Superbike at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The adrenaline-pumping races at this iconic venue added to his racing resume and demonstrated his versatility on different tracks. His presence on the track was always a sight to behold.

Family and Legacy

Kyle Weatherford is survived by his father Bruce Weatherford, Jr.; his mother, LeanAnn Cheung O’Donnell; his young son Joshua Weatherford; his brother Bruce A. Weatherford; and sisters Dollie Rocha, Tammy Fierce, and Helen Carbajal. His memory will live on in their hearts and in the racing world.

Throughout his racing career, Kyle achieved numerous championships and titles. His racing resume is a testament to his passion and skill. From the AMA 2021 National Champion Road Race Supersport 1000 Amateur to the PANAMERICAN SUPERBIKE 2023 Champion, he left an indelible mark on the racing world.

He was also accepted into Motoamerica Stock 1000 for 2024, continuing his legacy in the sport. His story serves as an inspiration to aspiring racers and a reminder of the risks and rewards of the racing life.
