Jasnowski, who relies on the free sack lunches provided by the pantry, shares, "The cost of groceries have gone up tremendously over the past couple years. So, it's not a whole lot of food, but it's a snack, you know." The pantry, which started serving 20 households a day in 2020, now sees over 110 individuals and families, providing not only food but also essential personal hygiene products.

Since 2019, the mobile food pantry has been a vital resource for residents of Clay County and beyond, providing fresh, nutritious food on the first Wednesday of every month.Kelsey Neth, the communications specialist at the Clay County Public Health Center, emphasizes the importance of this partnership, stating, "Ideally, people wouldn't be needing to go to hospitals because we're able to give them things like vaccines and healthy foods, or access to different resources to make them healthy in the first place." By bringing the food pantry directly to the community, Harvesters and its partners are ensuring that those in need have convenient access to the resources they require.
