These newcomers include Ashley Family Produce, Coastline Shrimp, Dewdrop Farms, Filipino Forager, Fun Guy Farms, Gigi’s Boujee Bakery, Leaning Oaks Farms Meats, Maizal Arepas, and Popcorn Geeks. Each vendor brings unique offerings, such as shelf-stable goods and prepared items, enriching the market experience for visitors.
The process of selecting and integrating new vendors begins each October when applications open. Over the following months, FFM staff meticulously reviews applications, navigates city permits, and plans the market layout. By December, everything is set for the next season. Every Saturday, FFM staff arrives at Forsyth Park by 6:30 AM to prepare for the day's events, ensuring a smooth operation until the market closes at 1 PM. Afterward, vendors are promptly paid, and the market area is cleared by 3 PM.
