Mixtitos in East Dallas Closes for Good

Mixtitos, the Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant in East Dallas that opened in 2022 but faced tough times in May 2024, has unfortunately closed its doors for good. The owners reached out to the community for support, and the community responded by showing up and buying dinner, which helped keep the restaurant afloat for a while. However, business slowed down again this fall, and it was the end. The restaurant closed a few days ago, leaving a void in the East Dallas food scene.

Groovy Seager & Sons Restaurant to Open Next Week

Get ready for some groovy news! A 1970s-theme restaurant called Seager & Sons is set to open on December 10, 2024. Located at Boardwalk at Granite Park near State Highway 21 and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, it will feature delicious pizza and fried chicken.
