North of Reserve Drive, one can see the emergence of new homes and commercial buildings. Among these, a four-story Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel is taking shape on Rivers Edge Loop. Valued at $12 million, this project will cover 62,210 square feet upon completion and accommodate up to 494 guests. It is part of the broader Stillwater Bend development, which spans 56 acres and includes both residential and commercial spaces. To the west of U.S. 93, the Kalispell Superwash is set to offer advanced car washing services, including a pet wash station.

The Stillwater Bend project, owned by Spartan Holdings, LLC, has already seen Phase 1 completed, covering utilities and commercial units.
