Chamberlain's impressive career trajectory includes a 21-year tenure at CBS and Paramount, where he held various leadership roles, culminating in his position as President of Sales for Paramount Global. In this role, he oversaw the international monetization of television and feature film content from CBS, Showtime, and Paramount, driving significant growth in annual revenues and negotiating notable multiyear content partnerships with a diverse array of media partners, including global VoD players, broadcasters, and subscription platforms. Chamberlain's leadership of a top-tier global operation with a staff of more than 120 employees located across 19 countries has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges inherent in the media and entertainment industry.

Spearheading Electric Entertainment's Operational Excellence

As the new Chief Operating Officer, Chamberlain will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, leading key initiatives, and implementing company-wide strategies. He will oversee the operational functions of Electric's full-service production studio, manage department heads and staff, and provide strategic guidance to drive the organization's continuous growth. Chamberlain's responsibilities will also include managing corporate governance, overseeing human resources, collaborating with the CFO on bank relationships, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and establishing policies and procedures for productions.
