You'll collaborate closely with North America Label Partnerships to communicate Spotify's support and opportunities to R&B artists and their teams, acting as a strategic partner on priority R&B artist releases. Additionally, you'll advise internal cross-functional working groups on campaigns or initiatives involving R&B artists, managers, or the R&B audience, ensuring alignment and fulfilling company goals.

With a minimum of 8 years of experience in the music/entertainment industry, you've honed your ability to build strategic partnerships and effectively manage relationships with senior executives.
