Mountlake Terrace's Victory Over Marysville Getchell

Mountlake Terrace High School guard Iman Kaifa (21) was in top form as she put up a shot over Marysville - Getchell’s Emma Kirkwood (12). The Hawks' Jordyn Stokes (20) and Marysville - Getchell’s Elle Glover (42) were constantly in a battle for rebounds. Guard Jaliyah Dyson (30) sprinted past the Marysville - Getchell defender with ease, cutting through the defense. Hawks guard Samiah Coffee (2) drove between the Marysville - Getchell defenders, showing her determination.

The scoring by quarter was impressive, with Mountlake Terrace scoring 17 in the first quarter, 13 in the second, 15 in the third, and 13 in the fourth. Marysville Getchell managed to score 05 in the first quarter, 02 in the second, 12 in the third, and 03 in the fourth. The individual scorers for Mountlake Terrace were Jaliyah Dyson with 19 points, Samiah Coffee with 11, Iman Kaifa with 10, Emma Schmidt with 8, Jordyn Stokes with 5, Jordan Wagner with 4, and Clara Loveless with 1. For Marysville Getchell, Emma Kirkwood scored 12, Elle Glover 4, Jaidyn Swanson 3, Hannah Worth 2, and Addison Cavanagh 1.

Meadowdale's Win Against Everett

Meadowdale's players were in great form as well. Mia Brockmeyer scored 17 points, Audrey Lucas 12, Kyairra Roussin 9, Kaiya Dotter 8, Payton Fleishman 6, Kaya Powell 6, Sam Medina 4, Quinn Gannon 3, and Lexi Zardis 2. The team's records show that Meadowdale is now 2 - 1, while Everett is 2 - 5. Meadowdale's next game is at Shorewood on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 7:15 p.m.
