Officers responded to Hartford Hospital after a vehicle with multiple gunshot victims arrived at the emergency area just before 3 p.m. on Tuesday. The bond for Morales was set at $3 million.The incident is believed to have stemmed from a "personal dispute over a vehicle." Morales is said to have pulled up alongside the vehicle Mercado and Diaz were in and opened fire on them in the area of 380 New Britain Avenue before fleeing.
