The Portal Police Department and the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Color Guard added a touch of authority, while the Shriners entertained with their signature antics. The Portal Panthers football team made a grand entrance, along with beauty queens and local fire departments. The Bulloch County Public Safety Unit and the Grand Marshal, Harold Underwood, added to the festive atmosphere.The parade was a celebration of Portal's holiday spirit, with floats, classic cars, and Santa Claus riding with the Grinch.
