This project, set to become the largest natural food production hub in the country, will span an impressive 1.6 million square feet and boast 24 production lines. The plant, originally launched in 2012 with subsequent upgrades in 2016, now gains over half a million square feet of additional space.

The expansion aims to fortify Idaho's dairy industry by creating at least 160 new full-time positions. Construction has already commenced, with operations slated for early 2026.
